Graduate 3G Services Engineer

The job holder located in Homeoffice/Bydgoszcz/Warsaw will be responsible for Third Generation Mobile Telecommunication projects in the area of RF/Core/Applications. 

General duties include:

·       Customer presentations and communication

·       Measurement data analysis on different UMTS interfaces (Uu, Iub, Iups, Iucs).

·       Traffic analysis for UMTS networks.

·       3GPP standards

·       Network optimization and system tuning.

·       Define basic RF network parameters.

·       RF planning tools.

·       Database Management.

·       Produce detailed reports, guidelines and procedures.

Education/Experience

Ø       Electrical Engineering Qualifications: Degree level or higher

Ø       Relevant courses: Mobile Telecommunications; Telecom Principles; GSM Systems; UMTS Systems; CDMA Systems

Ø       Relevant industrial experience a plus.

Ø       Good E2E 3G Network knowledge.

Ø       Good understanding of RF and Telecoms. Theory

Ø       PC skills: Word Processing, Spreadsheet databases, Microsoft Office.

Personal Requirements

Ø       Good interpersonal and communications skills.

Ø       Team player.

Ø       Willing to travel (2-6 months).

Ø       Flexible and adaptive attitude.

Ø       Good organizational skills.
